ScopeCue is in launch-readiness mode for solo and small home-service pros. For help with onboarding, capture, proposal sharing, billing, privacy exports, or account deletion, contact support with a short description of what happened and any non-secret diagnostic reference shown in the app.

- Your workspace or business name.
- The client, visit, proposal, or share-link reference if available.
- Whether you were in demo mode or live mode.
- Any non-secret support note generated from Settings.
Fast checks
- Open Settings and check Sync summary for blocked queue items.
- Confirm photos, measurements, and proposal edits are saved locally before retrying live sync.
- Use the app privacy export before deleting local data if you need a copy.
- Check API status for the production Worker health response.
Privacy and deletion
The iOS app can create local exports, remote exports, and delete local data with confirmation. Authenticated live workspaces can request remote deletion from Settings.
Billing and TestFlight
Paid plans are designed for Apple in-app purchase. During review or beta, StoreKit and launch-readiness gates may show pending provider configuration until App Store credentials and sandbox purchase QA are complete.
Do not send private API tokens, Apple credentials, Cloudflare secrets, raw APNS tokens, or client financial details by email. The app's support note is designed to include non-secret diagnostics only.
