Terms of Use
These terms govern access to ScopeCue, an iOS and web service for capturing site visits, preparing editable scopes, creating estimates and proposals, exporting PDFs, and sharing proposal links.
ScopeCue is built for professional judgment. Measurements, drafts, AI-assisted text, prices, exclusions, and proposal terms should be reviewed and edited by the service professional before being sent to a client.
Accounts and Workspaces
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for the activity in your workspace. You must have the right to upload client, jobsite, media, and proposal information into ScopeCue.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use ScopeCue for illegal, unsafe, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- Do not upload malware, attempt to bypass authorization, or interfere with the service.
- Do not send proposals that hide material exclusions, unreviewed AI output, or intentionally misleading pricing.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are intended to be sold through Apple in-app purchase. Apple handles purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund flows. Subscription prices, renewal timing, and cancellation options are shown by Apple during checkout and in Apple ID subscription settings.
Professional Responsibility
ScopeCue helps organize evidence and draft proposal language, but it does not provide legal, construction, engineering, insurance, tax, or pricing advice. You remain responsible for site verification, final scope accuracy, licenses, permits, code compliance, client communications, and contract terms.
Service Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. When feasible, we will provide notice for material changes that affect active subscribers or stored work.
